Context: Accountability and standards had slipped from the CEO down. Revenue grew fast, then fell about 5% a year in 2024 and 2025, with net income down about 12%.
Installed: GDD over seven months, from the basics through the annual planning session, building the leadership behaviors they were missing, including recovery.
Result: 2026 revenue up 21%. Net income reached 37% of revenue.
Outcome: Successful exit, mid-2026.

Context: Governance was unclear and haphazard, with no consistent approach. Retail had drifted the most.
Installed: A three-tier GDD install. CEO and directs first, then all other leaders, then the broader staff, starting where retail had drifted most.
Result: +$31M in retail deposits over three months, after about five months of work, without selling clients things they didn't need.
Outcome: Successful exit.

Venture-backed SaaS

DriftEverywhere, starting with Winning.

Context: Raised $5M and growing, then lost 45% of recurring revenue. No clear picture of winning, performance unmeasured, behaviors uncorrected, standards falling.
Installed: GDD across the CEO, her directs, the managers, and the whole team. Replaced three of four leaders and put governance in.
Result: Back from a 45% loss of recurring revenue to double-digit growth and profitability.
Outcome: Exit, December 2025.
