What Gets Installed
The Operating System
The complete GDD sequence - Winning, Identity, Behavior, Tolerance, Standards, Performance - installed as the leader's operating framework. Not as a concept. As a working system.
Trust as a Behavioral Standard
Not trust as a value. Trust as a practiced, observable behavior. Leaders install the specific actions that build and maintain trust as a standard - not as an aspiration.
Team Intelligence
Behavioral wiring, motivator mapping, and LifeBlend profile. Leaders learn what they're actually working with - not what people say they want, but how they operate under pressure.
GDD Coaching Mode
The 6-Step Performance Engine as the coaching conversation. Leaders stop fixing and start building capacity. Every coaching interaction moves ownership back to where the work lives.
Personal Winning
Personal Leadership Score and Team Scoreboard. Leaders can state their score without being asked. Every result has one named owner. The standard is visible - to the leader and to their team.
Behavioral Governance That Holds Under Pressure
GDD Foundation does not teach theory. It installs behaviors that hold when conditions are difficult, timelines compress, and people revert to old patterns. Every session ends with application that begins the following week.

Your Progression
What Changes After 6 Sessions
By Session 2
The rescue pattern is identified. You recognize when urgency tempts control. The GDD discipline of Level 3 Questions is installed. Intent awareness begins.
By Session 4
Your default under stress is mapped. Reversion patterns are visible. The operating sequence is understood. You stop misdiagnosing symptoms as strategy problems.
By Session 6
Standards are locked through disciplined enforcement. Drift is caught early using Drift Response. Decision ownership is distributed through Know to Grow. Trust and enforcement coexist through Standards Over Activity.
The patterns that existed before the DEC Foundation will continue.
Your leaders will keep solving the problems their teams should own. They'll feel the pressure to step in when things get hard - and they will. Standards will stay as intentions rather than enforced behaviors.
Six sessions won't fix everything. They will install something specific that holds: a personal operating framework, a standard the leader can name and hold themselves to, and the coaching mode that stops dependency from growing.
That is the difference between awareness and installation.

Most leadership programs ask leaders to change. DEC Foundation installs a system that governs behavior under pressure so change is not optional.
6 sessions. Applied immediately. No theory.

The Operating Sequence
How GDD Works
GDD follows a non-negotiable sequence. You cannot skip steps. Each stage builds the foundation for the next. This is the same logic used in every GDD installation, from individual leaders to enterprise-wide deployments.
Identity
Define who the leader is under pressure. Before behavior can change, the leader must understand their default pattern.
Behavior
Replace reactive patterns with disciplined responses. Specific behaviors are installed and practiced under real conditions.
Influence
Extend behavioral discipline to how leaders develop others. Decision ownership and capacity are distributed deliberately.
Culture
Behaviors become the norm. Leadership consistency scales beyond individual effort through shared standards and accountability.
Outcomes
Performance stabilizes because it is governed by system, not personality. Results become less dependent on who is in the room.
What Leaders Experience
Real outcomes from leaders who completed GDD programs. No names, no hype, just what changed.
“I stopped solving every problem myself. My direct reports started owning decisions I used to make for them. It took about three sessions before I noticed the shift.”
CEO, Midwest Community Bank
Financial Services
Context
Participated in GDD Foundation after recognizing a pattern of over-involvement in branch-level decisions.
What Changed
Reduced executive escalations. Leadership team began resolving issues without waiting for CEO input.
Free Assessment
Reveals who you become under pressure
The GuideType™ Assessment maps how you lead when conditions are difficult. It identifies your default pattern, where it helps, and where it costs you. Your results will be referenced throughout any GDD program you join.
